Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to notify us will result in a $50 fee.
Missed appointments: Failure to cancel an appointment and or no-shows will be required to pay a $50 no-show fee.
Late arrivals: There is a 15 minute grace period within your scheduled appointment time. Without any attempt to contact the salon, your appointment will be canceled. You will be considered a no-show and a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card.
Credit card deposit: We require a credit card on file for all services $250 and above or a service taking longer than two hours. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
